You have legitimate concerns about privacy and therefore we expressly describe all processing of personal data done by us. We want you to understand what limited information we collect and what may happen to that information when you use any of the Epsilon PQC VPN Services.

This document (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) explains the privacy rules applicable to all information collected or submitted when you access, install or use the Epsilon PQC VPN Services.

Our top priority is customer data security. Operating under the jurisdiction of US allows us to guarantee our no logs policy.

Our VPN servers do not require any pre-registration so there is no information stored about our customers.
The payment processing system is done exclusively by Apple and only Apple has access to the customer information.

The Apple SDK only send us a response that you paid for a subscription and that’s it. We start providing the service to you, without being able to have any personal information about you.

We will continue providing this service and assure that we will never collect or store any personal information about the people who are using our Epsilon PQC VPN service.

Customer service information. Invisy VPN stores inquiries and communications with users through the Contact Us and Community Area pages for not more than 6 months.
